Lachlan Heasman

Lachlan Heasman is an Scrum/Agile Coach, Project Manager and Trainer with ThoughtWorks Australia. He has a particular interest in helping unleash the power of self organised, cross-functional teams, as well as helping organisations establish useful measurements and increasing the visibility of information. He has worked on agile delivery and transformations in a range of industries including working as an Agile Coach on a large-scale rollout for a major financial services corporation in Australia. He blurs the line between work and domestic life by co-training on scrum masters courses, looking after the Sydney Scrum User Group and using information radiators to plan family events.
