A retrospective is a the opportunity to pause and reflect on what is happening in your team or organisation or any context. It is the chance to improve how you are working without paying for the consultants to come in.
This half-day interactive workshop will take you through retrospectives from the idea to experience, covering:

- The cheat sheet for running a retrospective;
- Experience and run a retrospective.
