Estimating and planning on agile projects is different to everyday practices. Agile teams talk about “points”, “velocity”, “release plans”. What is this all about? How can I make it work?
This half-day interactive workshop will introduce you to:
- Estimating the size of the project, then derive the duration;
- Estimating as a cross functional team;
- Release & Iteration planning;
- Measuring and reporting on delivery in an agile project.
This is a half-day course to be realized on morning of 23rd of June.
